We are absolutely thrilled with Solar Vault. They responded quickly and provided very professional advice and explanations. The work was also carried out professionally and cleanly. The wait time was minimal, depending only on the delivery times for the materials. Within no time, I had a fantastic, well-functioning solar system!

Eleven years ago, I had a major supplier in PE develop and set up my 10kw solar system but their after sales service was a disgrace to say the least. I basically lost my battery bank in the first few months because they would not help me once I paid the last bill. Long story, I tried everything to get them to help. All I got was arrogance! Then… Two years ago, I called Nick and asked if he could assist me in correcting and upgrading my system. I was nervous of even approaching someone to help but Nick totally surpassed my hope of restoring my 10-year nightmare. Nick and Ross are both friendly, honest, professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and really passionate about their work. Due to my previous experience, I asked many questions, and even repeated some to test them, and not ONCE did either of them show any impatience or irritation. Nick and Ross came and did a thorough assessment of my system and after a lot of patient back and forth conversations suggested what was best for me and NOT for their bank balance. I have great respect for that! I was blown away by Nick’s team. What a special bunch of young guys. They displayed an impressive work ethic between them, they are professional, they are diligent, and so respectful. I have never in my 35 years of doing business seen such a positive, decent and efficient outfit. I was really sorry when they left. If this team did other contract work, besides solar, I would use them for everything. For two years now my system has run without a glitch. This system serves two households, a borehole pump and occasionally a workshop. Nick’s after sales service is brilliant. He is still patient with me! I now have confidence in my system and I can say I’m proud of it! I have enjoyed recommending your business to others. Thank You Nick, I salute your team!

Good company and the installation went very smoothly and was done professionally. What I was not happy with is the service post installation. There is a threshold that needs to be set to when the system draws power from the grid based on the household needs. I was not informed about this for some reason and only upon seeing consumption from the grid despite an adequate battery charge led to me picking this up. There was a complete shutdown once when I was away and there were no appliances being used or any other power usage and it is not something you would anticipate when you have solar installed. I have still had instances of excessive consumption from the grid despite an above threshold battery charge. I am however happy with the responsiveness of this company and all issues are resolved relatively quickly. However, there are glitches and there should have been better communication which was not addressed in your response. This is why I have not given 5 stars as there are areas that could be improved upon.

Nick, Ross and their team were highly professional, quick and thorough. Their housekeeping next to none. Very impressed and very happy with the system they installed for my property. Their after-sales service remains excellent. Would recommend to anyone who wants to install solar.

We were caught by the same PE company that Richard Lovemore battled with, to a point where we couldn't even get a Solar COC for the installation as the work had not been done by a registered electrician! For us it was an absolute nightmare and a constant worry as our system couldnt be insured and therefore our house was also at risk. Dealing with Solar Vault has been an absolute pleasure - many thanks to Ross, Andrew and the team who worked at our place -you definitely went over and above the extra mile for us knowing the horrors of what we have been through for the past couple of years with the other, illegitimate installer. If you are as discerning as what I am when it comes to service levels and professionalism, then Solar Vault is the only company you need approach with regards to your Solar Installations. Nick, Ross and the team are extremely well versed in solar and electrical installations and it is evident in the recommendations they made for my upgrade and corrective actions on my existing installation. Their professionalism and knowledge is exemplary, their work ethic is second to none and finally their after sales service is exceptional. Ross/Nick are more than willing to answer questions and assist even 4months after the installation and upgrade. Their recommendations and equipment have increased my solar efficiency by 15% which is incredible. Between them there is a plethora of information and knowledge - enough to set any discerning customer like myself at ease. The standard of their work is second to none. Also helps that they are extremely passionate about the industry and providing exceptional service to their clients. Being awesome guys is just the cherry on top.
