Called to get some more information about a product. The employee Lara helped me right away and gave me the information i needed. After arrival she showed me the product and within minutes i had everything i need including this amazing experience. This lady should get a raise. I can only recommend this place.

Excellent service, had what we needed, all round a great experience even for my first time.

I hate coming here due to the warehouse waiting time. Just 1 cable and it takes 40+ mins. Please find a way to improve

Before I found Heroldts, I would have to run around town trying to find my electrical parts. Now, centrally located, easily accessible and with outstanding service, I need go nowhere else. Their range is great and covers everything from a screw to serious electrical item. And I always get the best price !

Always great service from all the staff. Super friendly and always makes you feel welcome and at home. Whenever suggestion is raised about keeping certain items to help us to make it a one stop shop, great effort is being made to try and stock these items for us as customers. Special thanks to Johandre Niemand for always assisting us in generating quotes and going the extra mile in doing so to even source items that's not in stock. Whenever there is uncertainty he will always help and get back with a solution.
