Extremely knowledgeable. We told them what we wanted from a solar system. They provided us with options to choose from to achieve what we wanted. We chose the one that suited us. We have been exceptionally happy. The team have always been happy to assist whenever we have questions. We had one slight issue with a loose panel and someone was there the next day to fix it.
