Absolutely shocking service. I struggled for 3 days to get a hold of the company. Tried phoning and sending emails with no response. I eventually got through to them and they advised i should speak to the owner Henry regarding Solar panel quotations. I communicated with Henry and set up a site meeting. I ended up cancelling the meeting and rescheduled with Henry for the following week as I had a family emergency, which he agreed to. The following week came and he never showed up for the meeting. I had to phone him and ask him where he was and his response was that he was sorry he forgot to set a reminder on his phone. Shocking! He then asked me to meet up later that day and I advised that I had other meetings and the spot we had booked was the only one available. I then asked him to send me a quotation, to give him another chance. Long story short he sent me a ridiculous quotation for over R2 million THAT WAS NOT EVEN THE FULL AMOUNT! I phoned him and asked him why the quotation is not full and he advised that he has to do a site visit and I did not allow him to do that. It was my fault that he missed his appointment . He then blamed me because he did not have the relevant information to complete the quotation, like Eskom bills etc. WHICH HE NEVER EVEN ASKED FOR. I ended up giving him ANOTHER chance (third chance) and sent through everything he needed to complete the quotation. I have now been waiting 10 days for a new quotation he promised me. The best part is Henry is the owner of Henmak Solar, I can imagine how unprofessional the staff must be if he is the one training them with such a terrible attitude. I will never use them for any Solar panel jobs OR recommend them to anyone I know. He does not even deserve one star!

The proceedings leading to the sale were very efficient and professional but that soon changed after spending R14 080 on a 3KVA inverter and 2 batteries in July 2020. I found (in July 2021) the inverter made alot of noise with errors popping up it also started to not run as long as it did originally. After being told to check manual (which i was never supplied) i got an electrician out who said the unit was installed incorrectly by Henmak technicians. I eventually proceeded to insist on a site visit from November 2021 - this took 3 months to convince Henry (owner) to come out and inspect whereby I was told I need to replace batteries with lithium batteries for around R15 900. I was further told by Henry that the warranty on the batteries is only 6 months and so there's nothing I can do. Think twice before engaging with Henmak as their T&C's are hidden and their after serial service is shocking. I have all evidence on email and WhatsApp.

Bought 2x batteries in Dec and it's now April and they are stuffed. Phoned them up and they say batteries only have a 3 month warranty. Makes sense if the batteries only last 4 months. Won't support again.

the best and proffesional solar supply and installer their work is clean , after installation the ceo comes and do final inspection and issues COC their prices are also reasonable i highly recommend them
