We had a Salvare Mobi 1.2 inverter installed. It certainly made load shedding no longer being a problem. It automatically switched over and provided power to the devices connected, when the electricity went off. When the inverter started to go off during load shedding when not having used much of the stored power. I made contact with Salvare for assistance. Together we worked through the possibilities of the problem. When we could not find a solution, they arranged for the inverter to be collected. After 3 days they sent me a replacement inverter. I really can only but praise them for the excellent service they provided.
Our installation consists of Salvare Max inverters with Salvare One Lithium batteries connected to some solar panels. Initial setup required some minor software/setting adjustments to suit our configuration. These were attended to immediately either in person or remotely. Since then (past 8 months) the system has performed flawlessly. Salvare Solar's representatives (Stephanus in particular) are extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Phone calls get answered and returned and advice or assistance provided the same day. Based on the quality of the hardware and the excellent after sales service I can highly recommend Salvare Solar.
Brilliant service received from them, helped with the proper setup of my inverter after changing to Lithium battery that I got from, wish all the support in SA was on this level.
