Paid them for an inverter on their website. Cannot get them to answer my emails and I have been unable to ascertain whether they have just helped themselves to the money and will never be sending the inverter or whether they have no clue as to what is going on. Feels like a scam as none of their "contact" routes lead me to finding my money or to a person.

I am amazed that this company has so many positive reviews. My battery, which was manufactured by Herhold's according to Sunsynk, has been getting repaired for going on 2 months! I managed to get hold of the technician who is repairing my battery, who has been the only person giving any feedback. Now he has confirmed it has been repaired but management is still not supplying updates. Wish negative ratings was possible.
