Never get back to you. First tried to call and left what's app then followed up and spoke to the lady and she told me to send what's app. Called to check if received and her attitude was shocking. If could give minus rating I would.
Firstly, would not at all recommend anything here. Walking in we were treated like idiots who know nothing. Instead of saying that they dont deal with the public. Or "im not a technician" Then the little steroid boy in the front still tried to physically intimidate my 70 year old uncle. I would consider sending him for some people relation training. Not only have you lost us as customers, but also any future customers we might have been or anyone we could have referred.
Very expensive system and no support when it doesn’t work. We’ve used it for 2 yrs and had to change thermostats MANY times.
