Apollo Solar Technology

I recently interacted with an employee named Mev or Mesh something along the line at Apollo Solar Technology last week Thursday while trying to get a quote for supply and installation for my new house in Fourways. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Mel was unprofessional, slow to respond, and took a long time to provide the quote I requested. Instead of assisting me efficiently, she kept asking irrelevant questions and came across as rude. It also seemed that she lacked sufficient product knowledge to guide me properly. This is unfortunate because Apollo’s products themselves are of very good quality, but customer service is equally important. If the company continues to have staff who lack basic customer care skills, they may lose many clients. I truly hope they provide Mel with proper training on professionalism, product knowledge, and polite communication.

I recently installed the 5kw Pv System through Apollo Solar Technology and without a doubt I would say the customer service was exceptional as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. I had a question about the product, and their support team Mr Clive responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience especially with their installers" Solomon and Willing" was outstanding, and I can't wait for my next purchase."

Apollo's Winter Special for an off-grid 6 pv panels with 5kw battery and 5kw inverter was extremely well priced. Even more impressive was Dan's help from a Sales perspective and his two Electricians Willing and Solomon are superstars.....neat and tidy,knowledgeable and skilled...they are an absolute asset to Apollo. Thankyou.

I have installed a 300L Apollo solar geyser and 5kw Pv system, through Apollo solar the staff are very professional and the after sales service for any questions or info always willing to help and friendly, want to say a special thank you to Suprize for helping me with all the info needed for my project and Gift for all the technical help and support Would definitely recommend them for any of your solar needs. Keep up the good work Apollo .....

I would like to retract my last statement about this company. I contacted them as the parent company of geyser I bought. They went out of there way to help me. They got the geyser to work as it should. Be very careful who you use. Check reviews before you get someone to install equipment. But Apollo Solar technology did me a solid. Fantastic bunch of guys.

Had a problem with my Solar Geyser tripping the electricity. I called Gift and although they were fully booked they did there best to accomodate me and arrived later in the afternoon. This is not the first time that I have had such great service. They also replaced a geyser under warranty.Their staff are friendly and polite. Always a pleasure to deal with Lilian and gift.

12/10 service , I installed x2 solar geysers about 7 months ago. X1 was a conversion of an existing geyser, the other was x1 a new full solar geyser unit. Both solutions work so extremely well & I cut electricity bill by just under half. The service was awesome, the installation too, was extremely well done. I thought I had an issue & team was out the next day to check & confirm / show all is good. This is a brilliant company, I highly recommend their service & products & thank you so much for the great service & great products . Happy Customer
