I bought a 10kva system special they had for November 2021 for R99950 fully installed withe a 10 year warranty on the batteries and solar panels and a 8 year warranty on the inverter . They were very quick to deliver my system but that's where the good service stopped... So they get subcontractors to install your system, witch was a battle on its own, incompetent people. The solar system was working nice for two weeks when the problems started... The installation wasn't done correctly witch resulted in our inverter burning out, so the the fun and game started to have our inverter repaired or replaced. To date we still don't have our inverter or a operational solar system. I hope this could serve as a warning to anyone wanting to buy anything from the, their after sales support is non existing! Solar Links Energy are a bunch of crooks, do not waste your money supporting them, you will definitely be disappointed like me...

We bought 12x 650w panels and we have all technical data to prove that these panels are providing only 53% of efficiency, the panels aren't producing even close to what is claims to produce. After providing proof thy are giving us the cold shoulder. As a customer we feel like this is a outrage. It's funny how these people don't answer there phone when dealing with support issues but when it comes to placing a order instant response. 5 stars rating in getting money from hard working people. We are a legit installer business and these people are cause so much trouble right now. Good luck for anyone who buys anything through these people. We will also be filing a law suit on Consumer Right No. 6: Right to Fair and Honest Dealing. Thank you and you will be hearing from our lawyers.

Aftersales service is appalling. It's been 2 weeks since my batteries have given up. New ones have yet to be given to me under warranty. Empty promises of someone coming over. Never happens. Wasted the entire day today waiting. I am expected to continually followup. I must say after posting the above the work was concluded the very same afternoon. Thank you for prioritizing and getting it sorted. Hoping that all goes well from here on end.

1 star is being generous. As i read through the other reviews, I found one common trend. Quick to make a sale, but straight up ignores you when you query something that is faulty. Bought 4x200aH batteries from them of which 2 went to me and 2 to my brother. Up to date, my batteries are working as expected, however, my brother has one battery that went faulty 5 months in. I immediately started asking about what the warranty process is(warranty was agreed on for 6 months dating 16May - 16November). Initially they responded quickly, but as soon as I mentioned 'warranty' I was mer with silence. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS, YOU WILL LOSE OUT.

Extremely poor un-professional services. Do not hire. They misadvised on the geyser being able to be taken on on their batteries (any of Vicky's brands cannot handle geyser she says). So actually no opportunity to get off grid. Secondly they broke my security system during the whole installation (and re-fix process which took 3 months in total to get right). The day the installer arrived he broke the security system's power supply but didn't have a ladder to actually fix. Then 3 weeks later when come to fix then says that it's not his responsibility that it broke. Nevermind the fact that it was working before he touched it. Do Not Hire.

Do not buy from these guys, they are fly by night and are very responsive to make a sale, but their installers are useless, unprofessional, and work very untidy if they ever even show up. Furthermore they will ignore you flat or make excuses about their rent being behind and how slow business is when you need them to do a warranty claim on their cheap equipment or delay to the point you are too tired and frustrated to beg to anymore to come fix a fault or faulty installation or replace defective equipment that they sold. NO AFTER SALES SUPPORT or product warranty offered or if they say they do, they will just make excuses or ignore you completely. Their not even South African and can pack up and leaf at anytime. STAY FAR AWAY
