When they eventually decide to show up for work, you meet your first of many problems with this company. They are extremely tardy and take ages to finish something. You have to plead and beg for them to come back and finish what they started as they have no problem doing something halfway and leaving you with the mess. Bonus points for them charging you every time they come to work on anything, even though it was already included in the original price. Although their work is neat and everything is mostly working as it should, I don’t think it is worth the effort of getting them to do it in the first place. They are very happy to take your money and then make you wait. Work ethic aside, the owner is extremely unprofessional. He often invited himself over as a house guest and treated himself as a family friend, rather than someone you pay to put in your solar. He and his whole team will happily spam you with calls and bully you into paying them, but he will disappear off the face off the earth once you need something from him. Stay away from these people. Save yourself the trouble and get someone who will work efficiently and get the job done in a timely manner.

It took them more than a year to finish the job that was requested and quoted for. They have little to NO ethical work values!! Bullying people into paying invoices which partly was already paid for in the initial invoice, is their number one priority. I would never recommend them.

Only chose 1 star because you can't select minus 10. When to demand my inverter back today after they had it for 7 weeks. The receptionist confirmed that it is in the store, then Jan tried to convince me that it is in for repairs. They will lie to your face and attempt to deceive you. This is absolute terrible service. Do not use them do not trust them as they are dishonest.

I bought a geyzer here for 25000 which operates by geyzerwise control on solar with hope of reducing electricity consumption. Ive bn so frustrated with this geyzer am so close to just replacing it with a normal geyzer so we can enjoy some hot water. It was a waste of my hard earned money and i hope no one falls into the trap. The water never gets hot on electrivity mode and these people who installed it never show up when i call them

Definitely a company with no moral values. Bullying is their go-to method. Lost all my respect.

I wanted to nudge them into responding to my attempt to source a replacement.battery so checked out hellopeter as well and was utterly appalled at what I read. Despite my having soent over a quarter of a million with them here has been no response. Disappointing but apparently par for the course.

Do not do business with these people if you are looking for competent and ethical business practices. These people are utterly disgusting and a let down to do business with.
