I've known S&P for a couple of years and always receive great professional service. They have over 30 years of experience in batteries and solar solutions. I always recommend them to anyone who needs new batteries or to repack old batteries for cordless power tools. Their prices are the best too for quality products.
I recently purchased a 3000va inverter , batteries and a few extra items and I have to say I really received awesome service. Received regular phone calls and updates to track my order . Although the delivery could not be made the same day, it was made yesterday as arranged and ON TIME which you rarely see done these days. Its not the first time I'm doing business with S&P and it will certeainly not be the last. The quality of the product is great and with service to match who would want to go anywhere else. Thank you for great service.
Worst service ever. Battery was still under warranty and they just refused to replace it and said it is my fault as it was the wrong charger I used.
Indeed one of the best solar installers in SA! Great product and awesome after sales service. Same day solution finders. Always walk the extra mile with a breakdown. I highly recommend them.
