Interesting business model, but understandable. The service was scheduled according to our needs and well in advance. The team arrived well presented and got on with the long overdue service, they were courteous and professional,sharing information. About an hour later everything was cleaned, replaced/upgraded as needed and hot water! Can't wait for the next service at the 24month recommended interval. Thanks team!!

Stay as far away from this company as possible!! They are scammers and it is criminal what they do to paying clients. We paid for 3 geysers to be serviced. Their technicians showed up and were unable to service any of our solar geysers and they refuse to refund us after 0 work was done due to their incompetence. Helen is unreachable on every single communication line and all our mails etc. are ignored.

We had our geyser replaced under warranty a few weeks ago. After a week or two I noticed my brand new gutter was leaking water during the storm. I had a look and they’re totally damaged and scratched in multiple places. I took screen shots of the video off my security cameras showing that the Sun Tank team bashed them repeatedly while trying to remove the old geyser. From the footage, you can see they clearly recognized their mistake and tried to repair it, very unsuccessfully. Not only did they not report the damage but I sent helen an email with photos on Wednesday with promises she would get back to me. Today is Monday and I still have not heard back regarding this with an apology and a plan to repair the damage. I’ve called and used the what’s app line to remind Helen to send me feedback but her promises to respond have been broken. I was a faithful Sun Tank customer despite many customer service issues over the years. However, I cannot tolerate damage to my property without the decency of a response and plan of action for it to be repaired in a timely way. Very disappointed with Helen and her dishonest team.

The quality of my very old Suntank bought 20 + years ago is excellent but, from reviews, I suspect the newer models are no longer as good. Mine is still going strong but my requests for service support were not fruitful.

I bought 300L solar geyser in August 2020. The panels and the geyser are leaking, till today I've got no hot water and I called them to come and repair it on the 14 July 2021 and also sent emails. I've told Helen will call me, till today I'm still waiting for her call. I've sent follow up emails with no respond, bad customer services. My R22k gone.

Pathetic service. Helen doesn't come on the phone when you need to speak to her. Stay away from this company. I paid for my geyser a month ago and now the installation is done in drip and drags. Solarhart more costlier but much better service. If you love stress, deal with these people
