Frances has been great, he took the time to explain the process of a inverter to me and helped me put a deal together that will work for my home. He answered every question and even sent me pictures of the items so I can see what it looks like. I am very impressed with the service I got.
Worst after-sales service. These guys sell defective goods. My system was not even 3 months old when the 5kw inverter packed up. They collected the inverter for repairs and said they would provide a standby inverter and 5 weeks later I am still waiting. They called 3 days ago to ask if someone was home so they can come and re-install my inverter. I am still waiting and Francis is ignoring my calls and texts. At this stage I don't know if I'm even going to get my inverter back.
