Excellent piece of technology with respect to their UPS however the sales adviser needs to be upfront and advise that the equipment needs maintenance every 3 months or so due to battery failure under the demand of load shedding, which is the main reason for purchasing their products for home application in this country. At the PTA branch; the part where they are making the sale goes extremely well and they go into detail when exploring your application of their products. When you return with a unit that doesn't function any longer , they are sadly dismissive and recommend you use another company if you are unhappy with their product.... Which is fine but I just would have preferred to hear this before I spent the 9k two months ago.

You call and ask them if they have stock of something, they confirm, you tell them you are on your way and they say yes. You get there and they can’t help you because they are doing stock take in the middle of the day
