What a refreshing service from Plug and Play Energy. At first, I was really overwhelmed on deciding who will do my solar installation. With so many fly by night service providers, claiming to be professionals, it is really difficult to find a provider that you can trust. With more than 10 years experience in the field, I decided to use Plug and Play Energy. Not only was the pricing very competitive, but the team was so good at keeping me informed and comfortable through out the process. They provided me with a formal hand over pack, which included a Certificate of Compliance, which is a step ahead of almost all other providers I contacted. Everything working well, and I got exactly what I asked and paid for.

Having decided to go solar, we planned to go off the grid as far as possible by installing inverters and batteries. The best recommendation came from James can Wyk at Energenic. This was to be a big project and we were educated by the Plug & Play team during the entire process. The sales team were knowledgeable and patient when explaining, the installation could not have been better, all solar panels, batteries and inverters installed neatly and efficiently and on time and in schedule. Following implementation, we elected to upgrade to enable us to run underfloor heating throughout and therefore required additional hardware. This was done seamlessly and promptly.
