Nungu Solar upgraded my solar system from a battery and inverter backup system to a fully fledged home system with three lithium batteries and 12 solar panels. They also installed my solar geyser two weeks ago. And lest I forget, they also corrected the wiring in the DB box that had been messed up by the previous installer of the backup system. The team is highly professional, they respond promptly if I need assistance with anything. From my side, it’s a BIG THUMPS UP to NUNGU SOLAR!!!!!

Contacted Nungu Solar to do a Solar CoC for insurance purposes. They came in and reviewed my current solution and recommended all technical changes that needed to take place for the solution to be compliant. They were very professional in their approach and all changes were done with efficiency and technical proficiency such that the insurance company came in and approved the solution without any additional work.

Excellent service, and a quick turnaround time. Spoke to them over the phone initially, and they were very helpful and knew exactly what I was talking about. Update on my above review; my inverter started giving the same fault code shortly after I received it back. I reported it immediately, and took it back for repairs while under warranty. It has now been seven weeks and I still don’t have the inverter back, and I’m being given nothing but excuses.
