Warning to the Public: Avoid Phasenergy Ltd Pty To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to strongly advise against engaging with Phasenergy Ltd Pty for solar installations or any related services. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about their professionalism and integrity. From the outset, I noticed that the installer lacked knowledge of SANS protocols, which are critical for safe and efficient solar installations. The system installed at my residential property did not meet the standards, and the company invoiced for equipment that was not physically installed. Furthermore, they falsely represented the functionality of the inverter, and despite numerous complaints, they failed to rectify the issues. A Certificate of Compliance (COC) was fraudulently issued to Wesbank, despite the electrician never being present on-site. When Wesbank assessed the installation and identified numerous findings that did not meet SANS standards, the company refused to take responsibility for their substandard work. Instead, they have absconded with my cash deposit and are unwilling to refund the bank or me. Wesbank cancelled the deal due to the findings, but Phasenergy Ltd Pty refuses to refund the money. Their approach seems to be trial and error, and their actions have endangered my family's lives. I urge everyone to exercise caution and avoid doing business with Phasenergy Ltd Pty, particularly with Peter, who appears to be misinformed about the solar business. Legal action is currently being pursued against them.

Review of Phase Energy (SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!) I would not recommend Phase Energy to anyone considering a solar installation. Since the system was installed at my house, it has never worked properly. The company has shown little transparency and poor communication — they only respond when I chase them for updates. Their electrician does not inspire confidence. I had to Google the Deye 6kW inverter error code (F18) myself and point him in the right direction. Despite checking his connections, he initially told me the inverter needed to be replaced. Now, after weeks of back-and-forth, I am suddenly told it is not the inverter but something else. This inconsistency shows a lack of expertise and professionalism. To make matters worse, he failed to fix the F18 error when he came on Friday, 19 September, and simply concluded that the inverter must be faulty. He then made another appointment with me for Monday, 22 September, I asked my employer to excuse me again for this day. Guess what when I called, I am told that the electrician had taken his car for service, then I asked can't he Uber or come with the other guy's car. I did not receive any feedback, but given the track record so far, I have little confidence that the issue will be resolved. Phase Energy has wasted my time and money, left me with a non-functional solar system, and demonstrated very poor accountability. If you value reliable service, honest communication, and technical competence, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. EVEN TODAY THEY ARE STILL BUSY REPLACING MY INVERTER - CIVIL CASE INCOMING!!! Update: My roof tile was left broken and I noticed this when it started raining and my ceiling leaking water. I have reported this 4 weeks back and the feedback was they are coming. They are still coming even today!
