Even though there were some issues, Gerald and his team eventually sorted it out. The solar installation was done very neatly and professionally and all work as it should now. The equipment recommendation was for top quality-very happy! Overall a thumbs up and a recommendation from me. UPDATE: They installed 2 additional batteries this year and after a bit of back and forth, Gerald and his team sorted out the firmware with the battery supplier to ensure batteries are synched and operating as it should. Thank you and well done!
I posted a prior review stating that Gerald's communication had been poor in the weeks after payment of the deposit. UPDATE: Gerald has now installed our solar panels and his team seemed very proficient. He did understand our issue with the lack of communication prior to the job being done. Gerald has been very helpful since the job completion in trying to help us to understand how the whole system works. Our inverter was already installed with one battery a number of years ago by another provider which complicated things somewhat. We are now happy with the job and hopefully all will go well into the future.
Seamless installation with no issues at all. The team were clean, neat and available when needed. They even assisted us off site to ensure system was running at its best. I would highly recommend.
