Really bad after sales service. They send customers to a loading dock for trucks and some people talk to you from a ramp high up. Really really sad and horrible client relations. You have to deal with them through a tiny gap between a truck.

Our experience with Romarno and Zac in the after-sales department was exemplary. They handled our concerns with efficiency and effectiveness, demonstrating a high level of competence and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I am not one to really write bad reviews and if a company deserves a good review, I always strive to write a good review. The after sales, technical services is the poorest I have every come across. I spoke to about 20 people within the company, logged a ticket and a week later, no response, sent this to their sales department after getting a bit irritated and emailed them my inquiry as they requested and they said, they will contact me within 5 - 10 minutes, its 24 hours later, still no response. I do not car if people are the cheapest in the industry, its all about customer service and if thats poor, they will never see my money ever again!!!!!! Thanks for the bad experience.

I was initially very impressed with GC Solar's prompt installation of my solar system. The team was efficient, and the process was smooth. However, my experience with their after-sales service has been quite disappointing. The solar system has only been functioning as a backup, and I am still paying for electricity, which defeats the entire purpose of installing solar panels. Despite reaching out for support, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response or solution. I hope GC Solar improves its after-service support, as this experience has been far from what I expected.

The Good: Great prices. Efficient online ordering and payment platform. Good central location for collections. Nice main reception / office. The Bad: Badly signposted facility. Rudimentary collections process. Man / machine area not split at collection dock, which is safety concern. Need to upgrade the collection area and staff customer training.

Very poor after sales service! Been struggling to get Pylontech battery warranty claim processed since 20 January 2023 and still not resolved. Invoice number with screenshot of invoice provided but now wants full invoice.... Surely you have a system where you can access?! Why make it the customer's problem! Attempts to escalate not successful either. Carel Smith does not answer calls or messages.

Worst company to work with, place an order get and got an invoice to pay. Then told no stock only after I had to ask what is happening with my order two days later. Send emails to the sales rep and no one replies. Online process is very flawed compared to other suppliers CT and JHB branches are separate entities that adds even more complexity
