I would avoid this company. I purchased a solar system from them and 2 yrs in I noticed it wasn’t working correctly got in touch Jan 2025, 9 months later they say my battery has decayed and needs replacing at my own expense the 10 year warranty only covers communication and assistance but doesn’t cover replacement of damaged parts.
I purchased 2 200ah lifepo4 batteries from Jsdsolar. One works fine the other had 35 Overvoltage events in just 2 charges. Customer service was very hard to reach. 10 days later the reply was "this is normal". That's a lie, anyone can read that consistent overvoltage events is a defect it is also dangerous. Possible fire hazard. They would not replace the battery? I'm out $300
