If it were possible to give zero stars, I most certainly would. My experience with this company has been utterly disappointing. I reached out to inquire about Deye units, only to be told that they are not actually Deye Agents; they simply keep the products on their website. When I expressed my frustration and pointed out that this essentially amounted to wasting people's time, the response I received was a nonchalant "yes." Save yourself the trouble and avoid contacting these individuals altogether. They appear to be either woefully incompetent or poorly trained.

WOW!!! There rally isn't much more to say. Great service from the whole team from sales to delivery and accounting the service was amazing. Fast, effective and price competitive. 10/10 I would definitely recommend.

They offer guarantee to back their products and the have technical know how of their products, all questions answered to your satisfaction. Service is seamless when you you go collect your good its a quick in and out.
