My inverter had a problem with tripping due to wrong settings when installed. I brought it to ES Energy and Eric sorted it out for me while I was waiting. I had excellent service. Thank you Eric.
The ESENER 5.1Kwh battery that I purchased had an issue where it would just cut off between 30% and 45%. The supplier I purchased it from sent it back to ES Energy, and they repaired the battery within the same week. I was even able to go collect it myself on the Friday, because I am impatient. I'm happy to have a fully working battery again!
The battery BMS is not very reliable. On BMS mode, it will charge to no more than 52.5v, yet the BMS shows 100% and tells the inverter to stop charging the battery. Based on the voltage the battery is at 50% at 52.5v, and then when the battery reaches "52%" it just drops to 0%. No response from Esener themselves so support rating 0.
Solarix Esener 5.5KVA High Voltage Parallel Inverter - Solar Inverter This inverter works fine but I am not sure whether it's normal for the fan to run continuously or is this an indication of something wrong.
