Just want to say thank you to Sello, Chantal, and Desire the GM. Solar is not a small investment especially if you have a large residential system that you've upgraded consistently over the last 2 years and then all of a sudden your system after the last upgrades goes tits up.... Appreciate the support and patience that all of you have shown me you have gone the extra mile. The best marketing for any business is word of mouth and the beauty of it is that it costs you nothing from my side I can only praise you for the support you've given me during this month of headaches I had with my system. My battery's running as expected. Most importantly the coms to the inverter is spot on I am technically off the grid. And I have warm water without having to worry about draining batteries
The receptionist at the head office is so rude and cheecky. We have been waiting for a quotation from them for more than 3 weeks. For people looking for a relaible source, I do not recommened Elleyhill Power.
The after sale service is so bad. I bought a Kapa Lithium inverter Li 1000 from their distributor Voltex for R13k and it only worked for a month. I returned it to Ellyhill since and they told me it will be fixed within 7days. It's been more than a month now dealing with combative and unprofessional staff and their story keeps on changing as to why my inverter is still not serviced. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY. JUST BAD.

Absolutely shocking service, main board is blown ,still under warranty and they can not say when it will be repaired. and it does not get any better with this company ,trying to get technical information and their technician cut me off.
Ordered and paid for a product more then two weeks ago with no status update, no notification of delivery time and if you call or email they don't answer or get back to you.
Always get great pricing and service from Elleyhill. After sales support is also outstanding
