My 1 year old SRNE inverter failed. Warranty claim. 3 months later, I am still waiting. Last correspondence, I was advised the part has been shipped. Looks like 6 months or more i will wait. Clearly SRNE is a bad product, as the repair persons excuse for the delay is that they ran out of spares. Seems I am not the only customer having a problem. Latest update 26/11/25. Repair department says : " spares have arrived, but , we are busy with something big". In simple English- who cares once we have your money. I have voice messages and screen shots of this entire interaction.
A very responsible Chinese state-owned enterprise with very positive and friendly employees. The product quality is excellent and the service attitude is very good. It is one of the largest importers in South Africa, acting as an agent for Deye, LUXPOWER inverters, JA/JINKO/TW SOLAR components, and DYNESS/PYLON/SHOTO/VOLTA/ and is a Fortune 500 company.
I had an exceptional experience with CNBM! From the initial consultation to the final collection, every step of the process was smooth and hassle-free. The team was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout.
Absolutely awful service - been waiting five weeks to get my batteries back - had to pay upfront for the repair so now they have the batteries as well as my money. absolutely ridiculous. No one interested in even talking to me.
Absolutely useless. You have had my battery for over a month. No one can help. Terry Huang, Leonard M, Chen Lei, Harry Wang, no one replies. No on cares. Battery is 18 months old. No one at your offices answer calls, you don't respond to emails. You say you going to respond and you don't. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT GET CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE. Issues with battery since November 2024, we not in February 2025 still no resolve... Absolutely useless!
Lithium battery in for repair, been 4 months now..giving me the run around. They promise to get back to you only to be ignored. Dont know if i will ever get my battery back!!
Gave in my battery on 3December 2024. On 14 February 2025 all I get is promises. No loan batteries while you wait. No one to talk to that can give you awnsers. Very disappointed with them.
