Freedom Won do not honour their Gaurantee and Warranty!!! They have had my battery for almost 4 weeks. They initially said it would just be two weeks max, they do not give any feedback and they just provide generic responses with no true ETA. It was my worst mistake selecting Freedom Won 15/12 battery for my home solar system. Their products are inferior despite the hefty price tag. I was told the price is high because you get what you pay for, but this is so untrue. They are corporate thieves. Serial number: FW2021-17464

Wish I could give 0 stars. The worst customer service you will every receive. The warranty means nothing, we are off grid and have been sitting without electricity for almost 2 weeks. Everyday there is a promise that technicians will do the repairs but they never show up. Stay as far away as you can from Freedom won. They claim they are Africa’s Largest Lithium Battery Manufacturer I would rather say Africa’s worst and most unreliable service.

We are experiencing synchronization issues with a 5-year-old 5kwh Freedom Won Lite battery that is not functioning correctly with a Sunsynk Inverter. The customer service provided by the company has been subpar, with the only resolution being a small trade-in offer. It is believed that the older batteries are prone to technical faults, but there is no commitment from the company to assist customers with these units, which is critical for the battery to atleast survive the warranty period.

We have an issue with the battery/system on a domestic installation. I was told that the Freedom won/Victron system is the Mercedes of solar systems, but clearly support is worse than Dacia. Local agents can't sort the technical issue, logged it with Freesom Won months ago, still waiting for feedback. People with Sunsync and other systems get much better aftersales service. 29 Jan 26 - I got assisted by Isaac Ubisi from the technical department who was very knowledgeable and assisted with problem solving. He was friendly and gave detailed feedback on the issues I experienced. Thanks Isaac!

You can buy their product and pay millions, but do not expect support when something goes wrong. We have a faulty Freedom Won 500 kWh battery and were told there are no service dates available for December or January. The technical call centre does not answer calls and offers no meaningful assistance. When a service date is eventually given, it takes weeks to actually execute and resolve the issue. For equipment at this price point, the lack of responsiveness and urgency is unacceptable. One has to wonder whether the phones are constantly busy because of the number of faulty units in the field.

My LiTE 10/8 battery system at home has worked brilliantly since 2019, no issues at all. Whenever my neighborhood is dark, my house is brightly shinning

Please dont buy their products as it's the biggest rubbish on the market I am sure lithium Temu batteries would do better.
