This company demands access before job can be completed. Maybe they had bad experiences with other clients but they wait for 15mins for you to transfer before commencing. Their guys were efficient hut a week after they left I discovered that the broke my light cover and quietly sneaked off. I did report to company but nothing came off it

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY GEYSER OR PLUMBING RELATED ISSUES. The staff (admin and plumbers) are unprofessional and dishonest. The plumbers will cause damage to your property and the admin staff will fail to report it to you. And then they will do a subpar job at repairing the damage caused.

Very nonsensical staff. Bad driving habits. Yesterday one of their employees drove recklessly by Mkhondeni nearby by Engen Fuelling Station at Polly Shorts leading him to cause an accident only for him to say that he is innocent at the police station whereas he was the one at fault. We have every piece of evidence to sue him and the company he works for because clearly they’re unprofessional. I strongly urge everyone to avoid doing business with WaterLite. They claim to be "Tailored Geyser Solutions." They more like "Tailored Con Artists."

After a very non-caring company told us to bad the water must flow through our lights I demanded a different company. At 18h30 both directors pitched up at our house because their teams were to far. They isolated the geyser till tomorrow when it can be replaced but limiting further damages and still allowing us to have water (even if its cold) Richard and Glen, thank you for being amazing and saving some sanity!

Pathetic bunch of people to deal with! Honestly terrible, no care attitude! Ridiculous! How they're still I'm business blows me away! Never use this firm!

What a team!!! Marshall, Sandile and Edward - these guys worked together like a well oiled machine, and so friendly, they arrived, immediately started troubleshooting, identified the problem and voila, dealing with them made my worries evaporate, Kim at the office sorted the invoice and payment was like a warm knife through butter. I can definitely recommend Waterlite! I hope you are lucky to get team 6!! Awesome bunch of guys!
