I had a solar geyser installed in 2020, i paid extra to have a stainless steel tank installed with a 10 year guarantee, the tank has already burst twice, second time they are refusing to sort the issue out. Been over a week without hot water, they are not taking my calls and WhatsApp messages. The receptionist says she is not allowed to give out the owners details.Had to get another installer to sort the issue out at my own cost and he also says the system that they installed is not complaint as well.

Very poor service been without hot water since Sunday today Tuesday the guy comes at 10am to inspect the geyser and says his going to get an element only to find out he has been sent to other clients and another day for me without water. Been calling The lady that answers the phone every hour only to be made a fool she kept saying they coming coming when she was the one sending them to other places Not recommended especially for poor back up service and lies from the lady answering the phone

Great service from booking the three year recommended solar geyser service, to the teams arrival and clean up. Highly recommend the SolarBeam geysers and service team. I have a 300L and 200L unit and both work extremely well.

I have had 2 300L solar geysers installed Manufactured by Solarbeam. Working perfectly for the past 5 years. Well mannered installers who worked efficiently and professionally.After service very good, I get a call once a year if they dont hear from me to check if everything is ok I recommend them 100%

Solarbeam installed a 10kw inverter with 2 batteries and 16 panels in 1 day. Powers my whole house. Excellent service, will be adding their Solar Geyser. Thank you to the owner and his staff for the after service too.

Solarbeam has Installed a 8kw with 6 panels and a battery. They have also installed a 200L Solar Geyser. It has reduced my electricity bill and they were prompt and very informative, it was a delight to experience such excellent service.
