Solar PriMeg provided and installed our Solar Geyser and Battery Backup system in 2021 - Installation was done professionally and the systems have given us uninterrupted service since then. The Technical Team has given us outstanding support since installation, including training and operational advice. As our family has grown, our electricity requirements have also increased and we decided to upgrade our Battery Backup system earlier this year. The Technical team was very helpful in guiding us through the different options and which ones would best suit our requirements and budget. The Solar Geyser also received its first service 3 weeks ago and the service from the team was once again exemplary with no major service interruption. A huge Thank you to the team for assisting and supporting us whenever we need you and keeping our systems working at 100%.

I used Solar Primeg some time ago for my Solar Geyser installation. It has worked well and has had one service since installation. When I decided to add Solar panels to my inverter installation I contacted Clinton who gave me a competitive quote with an acceptable lead time. The installation of the solar panels went without a hitch but required a reconfiguration to work with my inverter. They have now been working for over 3 months and are able to keep my batteries charged during the day.

Service levels beyond all expectations! Solar installed in June - from quote through installation , the attention to detail deserves accolades . After sales service is superb with the Solar Primeg team monitoring the installation online and optimizing to maximize savings . I couldn’t recommend this company more !

Utterly useless. Contacted them 3 times to attend to my leaking geyser, no assistance. It appears once they install and get paid, no further client support exists, you are on your own. Disguasting business ethics.

Solar Primeg is all talk and no action... they have installed my pool heater a few years ago and since last year 2019 to date I have made more than a dozen calls complaining about the unit, from arranging to send technicians out and uplifting the unit, nothing has been done. they are full of excuses and it is a shame that they can still service the industry. we spoke to the owners son N law in person and after assuring us of service, even this fell on deaf ears.this company makes arrangements but will never keep to its word. it's pretty atrocious to deal with such tardy service providers. I personally will not support them and will get a reputable service provider to sort my heater.

Clinton and his team have assisted me with my solar/inverter battery back-up system... They have given me the most incredible advice and service!! Their back up service is amazing and Clinton is always professional and friendly... If you are looking for a quality solar product with excellent service these are the guys to go too... Highly recommended!!
