Worst experience with anyone business ever. Deposit paid on 21 November 2022; 'installation' finalky done on 23 December - after broken commitments. System still does not work as intended - repeated spurious inverter trips. Zero support from SMAK Energy - nobody takes my calls or responds to my voicemails. Despicable! 19 January and my struggle continues - held at ransom because they have my money! The lady 'running' this show does not answer her phone, reply to messages, or deliver on any commitment she makes. Considering legal action now!
