We've just had batteries, inverters and solar panels installed by Envirolec. Of the many improvements we have made to our home, having this team supply us with alternative energy was the best experience we have had. From the start we were included in the process. Our needs were evaluated and Wesley showed patience as we learned the ins and outs of this energy method. The neat installation was done by a fantastic team who kept going until the system was balanced and working perfectly. They then left our property spotlessly clean which we hugely appreciated. We were kept informed throughout the installation process and any troubleshooting required was attended to immediately. The Sunsynk system comes with an app which enables us to keep informed on our usage .We are absolutely loving seeing the Eskom icon showing 0! and knowing that it's going to reflect on our bill at the end of the month. The app also shows us how our installation has reduced CO² emissions which is very gratifying. 5 stars for Envirolec, Wesley, Mdu and the team, as well as Sunsynk . I highly recommend them.

Job requirement : Issue Electrical Certificate of Compliance 1. More than 2 hours late for first appointment. While doing the COC inspection they damaged my ceiling. 2. I accepted the quote and waited almost a month for them to do the job. 3. When they came to fix the problems, they did not have all the parts to do the job. 4. They charged me 4 hours labour, while they were only busy for between 2 and 3 hours. 5. A few days after I paid them, I sent an e-mail to ask them where is my Electrical COC. No reply. 6. After another week there was still no Electrical COC issued. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. POOR SERVICE!!!

I appreciated the professionalism of the inspection and repairs the same morning. It was confirmed to me that the COC will be issued after the payment for the repairs. First I actually had to beg for the invoice for the repairs. Then when I had sent proof of payment, I asked several times for the COC. Meanwhile we are out of the country. My property agent followed up and now he is being told that they need to come back and look at the wiring of the DV Board, they need to take a video of the wiring. This is more than a week later!!! PLEASE TELL ME WHY THIS IS SUDDENLY REQUIRED, AFTER FIRST CONFIRMING THAT ALL IS OK
