Great work done and delivered by B&k Solar EPC team. I recommend them for their professional quality delivery and excellent service. This team displayed immense measure of humility and respect for people during installation and after service support. The after service support has been phenomenal. They are always reachable, available and ready to help. They treat all calls, irrespective of the time of day, and day of the week with great urgency. I have never had an experience of them not responding promptly. They take pride in their work and understandably so because they know their quality and skill. Patience is another virtue they possess. Kudos to the B&K Solar EPC team. A special thank you to Bandile for making my experience a memorable one.

Installed an 8kw Sunsynk, 7 Kw battery, and solar panels with the expertise of Bandile and B&K Solar. Bandile and his team displayed extensive knowledge and completed an excellent installation, earning a strong recommendation. However, the post-installation service from B&K is disappointing, as Bandile tends to overlook messages regarding system faults unless one is actively engaged in their annual maintenance service. Updated response: Thank you for providing feedback. Given that you were responsible for installing my system, I anticipated a level of service that would continue beyond any complimentary post-installation period. I was willing to pay for support, irrespective of whether I adhered to your preferred maintenance schedule. If any issues arose due to a lack of maintenance, I understood that the associated costs would be my responsibility. However, the fact that my request for assistance was disregarded reflects poorly on your professionalism. I will definitely consider alternative service providers. I apologize for not submitting a more favorable review as requested in 2021.

Installation was efficient and neat. However thereafter no backup service offered and unable to contact principle. After 7 months of installation our electrical bill has remained exactly unchanged and no response can be got from B&K Solar. An absolute waste of 165K

Recently had B&K Solar install a system at my residence. Very happy with the product used, price was competitive. Bandile is very good with explaining different options and after sale service has been good.

I was very impressed by the level of professionalism that B & K Solar provided at my house.
