Spinnacle Power acting on behalf of a client whose ARTsolar solar PV module failed. After providing all info requested and several follow-ups after no response for weeks, ARTsolar insisted the module be delivered in Durban for inspection even though they have a branch in Sandton. Their personnel (Jadine) were extremely rude to our personnel and refused to provide superior's contact details when wanted to escalate. Very poor service and unpleasant experience.
I had an excellent experience with Humerah at Artsolar. Their delivery of my solar panels was prompt and arrived before the promised time. Humerah was friendly and professional ensuring all went smoothly. Highly Recommend Artsolar for anyone looking for reliable and fast service.

What exceptional service. I have bought panels from Jhb before what a disaster. Art solar panels were packaged perfect they even delivered on the same day they promised even though there was a strike. Test results of the panels were Also supplied. I dealt with Humerah. Will definitely refer them to everyone that need panels
