Aboslutly worst experience ever! Installed a 5kw system, and an 8kw system and was struggling to get the final paper work and COC and documentation out of them. So they manage your system remotely, and they switched my system off twice, black mailing me for the funds after i paid more than 90% of the amount, and withheld the last 10% untill final documentation is given to me. Im still waiting for my docs, and they keep switching my system off. Very upleasent bunch of people who threaten the clients when their side is not up to scrath. Be careful Instalation was done on 15 December 2023. Electrician didnt have all the parts and returned on Mon 18 Dec. COC gave was done my a normal electrician, and signed off by him was is not correct. I insisted on an Instalation electrician. Solar panels only connected to the invertor on 22 December 2023. They gave me 2 different models volta battery, which kept on tripping my system and gave me issues. Only taken back on 4 jan 2024 and repalced 18 jan, and continious issues throughout the time with proof of communication. 85% payment was done on the 27 Dec 2023 (2 weeks) after installation, and than still sitting with a faulty battery and no certified COC? Surely a client has a right to withhold some sort of payment, if the guys give you faulty battery, no valid COC, and nevermind the installation where the guys drill holes through your wall all over the place.

I must say this was a pleasant experience working with The Solar Group. Their work was neat and done timely. Highly recommended
