I bought Sunsynk products and had them installed. One of the batteries is now faulty and Herholdts refuses any assistance. I cannot send the battery in for a checkup or repairs. I did not even ask for anything to be done under guarantee, even though there is still supposed to be 8 years left of the much vaunted guarantee that is promised. Be wary when buying Sunsynk, or when buying through Herholdts - when things go wrong you will be on your own. Zero after sales service.

Herholdts are my preferred supplier. We had a warranty issue with a brand new Inverter. From the time taking back to them to getting the unit back took less than 6 days including the weekend!
