GC Solar Retail Store

I Phoned in to the shop before visiting them today, Chris was very helpful over the phone aswell as when i visited the shop. I bought a backup power system. He also explained to me how to upgrade and connect solar panels at a later stage.very helpful and friendly service from A to Zee. If you are looking for a local shop that will meet your solar needs, GC solar is the place to go. Fairly priced too.

I did experience good customer service from almost all of the salespeople at GC Solar Retail Store in Centurion. The one salesperson appeared to be genuinely apologetic (almost on a personal level) for the store not having an item that I needed in stock. However, by that time, I was already aware that this item seemed to be currently scarce, having called several other major electrical hardware outlets. So, I could not fault GC Solar for this. There is plenty of safe parking just outside the store, together with multiple access roads to the store. They have great instore displays of their hardware and systems. One can't mistake the store's core business, given the solar panel on diaplay just outside the store! I would not hesitate to call on them again in the future.

Really appreciated the fact that they stayed open after the schedule on Saturday for me to get a cable that was only available in their stock (coming all the way from Fourways). Many thanks
