Solar Geyser 150lt Low Pressure I purchased a Solar Geyser via Bidorbuy on 7 August 2019 now 10 October 2019: (Payment done same day) No geyser as yet empty promises: Supplied me with a Waybill and Courier Company name. When I inquired via Courier Company they knew nothing about the Waybill and told me its invalid. Isaac promised I would have the goods by Tuesday / Wednesday 8 or 9 Oct 2019. Nothing No waybill supplied so yes empty promise as the norm. I sent Isaac e-mails, Whatsup messages but no response from him at all. Just ignores me. So my opinion stay away from this Company Very, very poor service. If you want to lose money then it's up to you, but my opinion STAY AWAY.
Awful, awful company! Stay well away. I paid in full for goods that they confirmed twice they would dispatch immediately. They strung me along for 3 weeks with all sorts of stories, and now 7 weeks later they have refused to refund the money. Have taken the matter to small claims court and police. Do not consider dealing with this business!
Great service. Was helped by Isaac Sindane he was totally professional and on the ball. I ordered a 100m LED rope light they are well priced and delivery was within 24 Hours. I recommend Umbani Soloar and thank Isaac for his help.
The owner, Isaac takes stock from suppliers on credit to fulfill his orders but never pays for the stock. This results in his suppliers being unwilling to give stock. How to do business this way!
Dealt with Isaac Sindane over a year ago on Bidorbuy and paid for a 3 kW inverter and 8 x 100AH batteries, the inverter failed after 6 months and was returned to Isaac for repairs, never heard from him again, batteries failed shortly thereafter, I would be careful in dealing twith this lot, lost over R10 000 on the garbage they supplied.
Just stay away. in case in doubt, just stay away. Uses the same excuse (waiting for supplier, or supplier delivered the wrong product, or suppler waiting for product) multiple times still waiting
Empty promises. Been waiting now for in excess of 8 months for an order to be fulfilled.
