Walked a long road with the company. Since the beginning with quotations they were very quick on any changes that I asked for. Great pricing on all the products. Once payments were done delivery happened shortly afterwards. Quility equipment supplied and no issues after 6 months, holding thumbs. We did run into an item that became discontinued and they could not supply and alternative. However they did their best to find it with no luck. One day their one client in the shop suggested another supplier and I managed to get the part made. So overall great service from Erica and the team and little issues we managed to sort. (Their suggested 3rd party installer however did a terrible job with the installation, but that's another company and hopefully they learned their lesson in the process with the 3rd party)
