Chris is always hands on and helpful. In all occasions where I experienced some technical glitches, he was there to guide and advise. First it was the geyser thermostat that went bust and he correctly suggested that I get a plumber to check the geyser as there was nothing wrong with the timer. In the second instance, the timer was no longer connecting to the WiFi so we had no hot water anymore. He guided me as to how to reconnect it; so happy that hot water is back. When I found Cascor online it was a blessing. Chris is very informative and explained all in great detail. Came to install and kept to time and did a clean installation. Setup all and showed me how to use my smart device and even offered to show me other smart home devices o can use to make my life easier and smarter. Wish I could offer more than 5 stars
