Worst after service ever. They installed a solar system which I was very happy with, but once there is a problem, they don't want to come out and fix it. They say they are very busy and never come back to you. They also installed a water system and overcharged me on the initial quote. Would definitely NOT RECCOMEND.
Exceptional service from the team. We installed our inverter in 2022 and in 2023 our complex gave us the go ahead to install solar panels. Absolute ones again helped us with the installation and COC. They are listed as a Synsynk Master installer in South Africa. They also do annual maintenance and cleaning of panels and inverters at affordable prices.
Poor advice, inability to problem solve, poor customer service, insisted on payment for installation on an incomplete incompetent installation. Claimed our fridges could not be connected to the inverter as they were too old however another company connected it with no issue.
Poor service delivery. I have sent a quote request twice and have still not received the quote I have decided to get my Solar installation done by One Energy
