Waited 3.5 weeks for repairs on a wind turbine, blades was broken in a storm, after the first week they responded and said after initial inspection they would like to keep the turbine to run full tests on the unit and this would take 2 weeks to complete. After 2 weeks when enquired about the turbine they had multiple reasons why they have not started working on the unit, when asked if they could give an ETA on when this unit will be fixed staff just said they cant give an time and that Mark the owner will contact me and give me a full rundown on when this will be resolved. Up to this day no response from Mark even after him stating on multiple occasions he will call back and that he is just on another call. The staff when questioned when can we expect a call or ETA or any info regarding time lines they would just start swearing and then throw the phone down. Poor service, cant keep to timelines set by themselves, owner does not answer his phone the unit is still not fixed after 3 weeks and after collecting the turbine it seems as if no inspection was done on the unit.

I can HIGHLY recommend Mark and his team. My system was installed in September 2022 and has been working faultlessly since, free from load shedding and saving massively on my electricity bills. The installation was meticulously executed and Mark did not shy away from changes required as the City of Cape Town moved the goal posts in respect of SSEG registration. When I hear of others' horror stories in terms of installations, COCs, SSEGs and after sales support, I am ever so grateful that I chose Wind and Solar.

I would like to compliment Wind and Solar, Mark and his team on their busy yet highly professional service they have given me. After spending a year trying to import and buy wind turbines rated at 8000w and actually 400w, a wind turbine rated at 1800w and only about 300w, waiting for 6 months to get a turbine delivered to Capemail only to have it sent back overseas to the supplier, someone gave me Marks no. His friendly demeanor ethical and meticulous outlook and expectations are a pleasure which means the products sold are bench tested in a workshop and are high quality. Also their power output is what they are advertised or higher not like some of the scams of other companies I've been exposed to and seen. Thanks to Mark and SP.
