Materials always ready for pickup when they say it will be and everything is always on time. Haven't had any issues with their products what so ever. Really enjoy doing business with them.

I can only give a good review due to the Amazing service I received every single time. I will receive a quote after a few minutes asking for a quote telephonically and it is spot-on every single time. Well done guys and keep up the good work.

Best to avoid buying an inverter from this company. They sell cheap rubbish that has an 8 month warranty. And that is exactly how long their R21,000 inverter lasts. Had it back with them for 2 months and it is worse than ever. What a rip-off.

Solar Solved Africa please forward me the contact details of items I purchased from you guys. Having paid a "pretty penny" for a back system, as advertised, promoted and sold by you, not wanting to assist with after sales, seeing that the product is not manufactured by Solar Solved Africa, it is only fitting that you supply me with details as requested in order for myself to contact them. Having a system which does not last 15 minutes into loadshedding, well within its warranty time-frame it is unacceptable by any standard. Now Solar Solved Africa questioning settings they supplied to be programmed into inverter, settings as handed to qualified installer/electrician is convenient. First told that only one ( out of +-40 settings) was programmed incorrect into inverter. Then challenging Solar Solved Africa on this, now citing 3 x settings programmed incorrectly into inverter and how convenient, all 3 x settings has to do with batteries, exactly the reason why I contacted you guys in the first place. You now doubting me, making me out to be a liar, why would I or the qualified electrician have any reason to program settings other than what was supplied by Solar Solved Africa? You doubting/questioning me, I might just do the same, could it be that these 3 x specific settings was given to me, purposefully, knowing system will not last, knowing customer would then need to buy new batteries, possibly more business for Solar Solved Africa?? System was purchased, fully paid for, installed/fitted according to your requirements/specs and settings (as supplied) An COC was obtained from installer/electrician. Now am told to take down system, put in vehicle, take to Solar Solved Africa for testing. Comparing system to bicycle bought from retailer, seriously? System is now part and Parcel of homes electric grid, how can I just remove same, throw in car and take to you for testing. It is clear you guys don't have after sales service, let alone willing to stand behind products you promote and sell. As requested, forward me the contact details of the manufacturers of the inverter and batteries which was purchased at Solar Solved Africa, certainly I have the right to converse with the manufacturers of the items which was purchased, more especially since Solar Solved Africa is now distancing themselves. As for ever supporting Solar Solved Africa again, NEVER!!!!!
