Treetops installed a full Sigen system. It works flawlessly, the installation was quick, neat and professional. Communication throughout the process was great and although there were a few shipping delays outside their control, all was handled well with constant updates. I added extra panels and an extra battery to ensure Winter time generation and power storage. I have integrated the Sigen system with Home Assistant and started doing intelligent automations eg stop the pool filter if the system switches to battery power. The automation possibilities are good as Sigen exposes many local attributes on the wifi interface. Also I am able to connect locally without going through the Sigen cloud servers. I have not yet got the meter to export power but looking at the stats I should be able to export significant power once the council replaces my meter with the two way power meter.

I want to give a huge thank you to Stefan and the Treetops team for their amazing work! I recently upgraded my home's existing solar setup from a Tesla powerwall and SolarEdge inverter (which were both broken from day 1) to a Sigenergy battery and hybrid inverter. The sigenergy systems integrate seemlessly with my homes energy requirements, where I draw energy from my solar panels and battery throughout the day and supplement with electricity from the grid overnight. The Treetops team did a fantastic job sorting out my existing solar panels, installing the new battery and inverter, and integrating all the components - all within a single day. The team walked me through the mysigen app which makes monitoring my solar production very easy. I look forward to working with Stefan and his team next year where I plan on expanding the number of solar panels on my roof and adding an additional sigenergy battery.

We had a team from Treetops here to improve safety on on solar system (they were not the original installers). I was initially skeptical about the work and the cost associated with it, but we decided to go ahead. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. The work was well done and what had been done was well explained. Switching the system on and off, is considerably easier to navigate now and I can see how safety was improved. This was well worth the expense. And their staff, were lovely - three gentlemen, working well together and pleasant to have on site! Thank you!
