Shocking company!! ABSOLUTELY awful! They honestly don't have a clue what they are doing! I had to get a Certificate of Compliance when I sold my house: 1. The company that did the CoC, said that Solarwatt charged me 25% more than the industry standard, 2. THE INSTALLATION WAS NON-COMPLIANT and I had to fork out R21k to make my solar system compliant in order to receive the required CoC, 3. I hadn't been saving any electricity AT ALL as SolarWatt didn't include the CT clamp to tell the inverter what to do. So for 1.5 years, the 'solar' system was basically just a glorified inverter back up system. I kept saying that I can't see any saving in electricity costs, and 4. THEY DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A COC AFTER THE SOLAR SYSTEM HAD BEEN INSTALLED. IN HINDSIGHT, I SEE THAT THIS OMISSION WAS FOR OBVIOUS REASONS!!
