Seven Degrees

Poorest service I have ever received in 16 years. I am in a professional business and need a simple thing done; voice mail on our phones to inform our clients that we will be closed on a certain day. With initial training we were told we can change the voice mail ourselves as we need to be able to keep our clients informed of times etc. Now their system doesn't work correctly and with trying to get assistance from them, they ask us to send a whatsapp. After sending a whatsapp they ask for us to send an e-mail. After sending an e-mail, now we need to send a voice recording of what we need on the voice mail. After a year their system they installed still cannot record and save the voice mails correctly. Now they sent me a quotation of almost R1k just to change my voice mail. Unbelievable! And if you try and phone them, they are in a meeting or waiting for management to get back to them. And I pay them a lot of money for their service. I am so disappointed and frustrated. Just want to give a professional service to my own clients.

I would recommend looking for another solar installer. They are quick to take your money, but whenever something goes wrong, it's a struggle to get them out to fix the issue. Poor communication, time and time again just not showing when they said they will, or cancelling last minute. Meanwhile you sit with an expensive system that causes more headaches than it's worth. Just stay away

SCAM!!! Promise people equipment, no equipment arrives. No service! No communication!! And their finance company they work with Custom Capital are no help either but sit taking money from people because Seven Degree are sharks.

Company state that they will provide certain services with lies and false information of the contract then fail come out to our company to correct anything but instead they do the opposite and become out of reach and don't provide any service as we were told and they lie about there contract just to seal the deal with signature paying for no service as told , completely not recommended, stay away from this company

The worst customer service ever. Basically lied to get me To go over to them.
