100 phone number but not 1 person answers so I can confirm an order. It's ridiculous. Try to call CT office, orders extension, no one answers, sales, no one answers, orders processor Yvonne Mphanya, no answer, the guy who emails David Molele, no answer also not responding to emails. Sales manager Andre Groenwald mobile no answer and land line doesn't work. It's just so clear that no one cares about their work or clients in this place. I'm always first in line on the call, but the after holding 2 minutes there is "high call volume". Try to get some staff who is actually proud of their work, because this is a joke.

Had amazing support from the Team down in CPT. Had a last minute job come up and they were willing to help me with a smile on their face, even though I was late and it was after hours on a friday. I would just like to thank Lerato, Eric, Given and Nadene Kelly for their top tier support. Its rare to find support like this.

After receiving months of delays and a lack of support from the original installer, Martin Hartmann of Sun Link Energy, I decided to contact SegenSolar directly regarding my faulty Pylontech battery (which was already four years old). To my relief, Segen handled the issue promptly and professionally. Within just two weeks, I received a replacement unit. I would particularly like to commend Given, who provided reassurance throughout the process and ensured I never felt overwhelmed or concerned about the outcome. The team at Segen kept me consistently informed via email during the testing phase, and I want to sincerely thank Memothabi, Eza Ntokozo, and Jeremia for their regular updates and excellent communication. A special mention goes to Jeremia Matlala, who took my initial call. He was not only knowledgeable and professional but also genuinely courteous and helpful—an outstanding representative of the company. Based on my experience, I can confidently recommend SegenSolar for their responsiveness, integrity, and customer-focused approach.

After a fairly long ordeal of making my Kodak FL5.2 lithium batteries talk to each other, as well as my Kodak OG7.2, Segen Solar Cape Town , specifically Ntesang Tebogo came through. I now have a system that is running well! Ke Leboha haholo! The forth star is specifically for Tebogo!

They eventually contacted me to collect the faulty unit, which they sent back to the manufacturer and promised to refund my installer after 10 working days. However, it's now way over this time period and they have not honoured this. I have tried reaching this company through every way possible. I even have the managers' emails and phone numbers but they never answer and the issue is still not resolved. It's been 2 months since I purchased this faulty inverter from them and its been a very painful experience dealing with this company. Stay away and purchase your solar products from a company that understands good after sales service. Previous review: I purchased a SunSynk 8kv inverter over a month ago, that had an issue from day 1 of installation. My installer has tried to solve the issue whilst engaging with Segen and SunSynk, but the problem couldn't be fixed. I have requested a replacement from day 1... I tried following up, but when I called, they transfer me to the returns department and the call cuts. My installer has been filling in forms and more forms and more forms, but it's been over a month and the decision to replace is still sitting with them. Do NOT purchase from this company.
