Fed up!!! Subcontracted electrician (Non-Stop Solar) tried doing an upgrade 2 months ago, left without connecting the batteries (apparently an issue with new inverter). Trunking material scattered in our driveway. Literally left without any word, not answering our calls. GoSolr also not getting back to us!!! Not responding to emails either. Agent phoned me yesterday asking me if we are satisfied with our installation?? No, its not working and no call back either from her. Respond to your emails, we have placed you on terms!! Issue still not resolved after numerous emails and calls. Goslr not getting back to us, system needs to be moved, installed in a room closet and with the fan sound, the bedroom is not liveable anymore, now a storage room!! Requested they move the system 6 weeks ago, and want us to pay R12 000+ to move the system! Still no wifi dongle, cannot log into system via app. Absolutely shocking experience with NO communication. 2 months and counting! It is imperative that the two issues above be resolved as a matter of utmost urgency. If not, we will have no choice to cancel our service and refrain from paying any cancellation/de-installation fees due to non-performance of the agreement signed

Gosolr Installation. Sales was quick to sign me up told me i'll be up and running in 1 week i just need to pay my admin profile fee as soos as possible. Week goes by nothing, happens. Call them, only get apologies, another 2 weeks goes by finally they came after a battle. They show up at 2pm. Do half an Installation then say they dont know when the panels will arrive but they will be back tomorrow. Worst customer experience. Would not recommend this company. Unless you have patience and expectation of never hearing anything back.

I am very disappointed in the technician who came to install my solar system in May 2023. He goes by the name Heinrich. After him and his team installed the system, my electricity bill went up from R1500 to R2000 in June, the same increased bill continued throughout that year. I made many complaints regarding my sudden increase in costs, when this system supposed to save you money. I complained on hello Peter but then someone responded. But alter they tried to assist me, there was still change

Very Very Poor Communication from the admin staff and installation team. They arrived on site , every time without notice. Never did a Pre-site Inspection as required. Started with the installation and that's when things started to fall apart, issue after issue. Took them 3 days to install the inverter and the Battery. In the end, they could only install the Solar Panels if I Paid R4500 extra for Special Mounts. All issues could have been avoided if they did the pre-site inspection as required. Very unhappy with the service. In the end I had to cancel my contract for Solar.

Spent a week waiting at home for the installation team to come correct a mistake on the setup. Was promised they would arrive to complete the work on multiple days, nobody showed. Now waiting on a Sunday. We were advised they would arrive between 09:00 and 10:00. It is currently 13:16 and still waiting. Natalie (the only contact person I have for them) says she does now know how many teams are deployed today or where any of them are.

We were meant to have our solar installed on Friday 20 Jan. The day before saying their equipment has not arrived and that they need to move the installation date. This was moved to a Sunday 29 Jan. I then read some horrible reviews and we have been hearing from others that their installations were incompleted and getting in touch with Nonstop solar to complete the installation was a nightmare. This promoted me to phone in the week before the scheduled instalation and ensure that they have what they need. They assured me they will be there on Sunday with everything they need and finish the installation on the Sunday. Saturday afternoon they phoned and said they do not have everything they need and will need to move the installation out with another week! Not only is moving out with 3 weeks from initial installation date ridiculous but surley they would of known sooner than the afternoon before that they would not be able to. Nonstop Solar is totally untrustworthy!

Easter weekend 2023- Saturday installation- after some ppr work misplacent initially the installation was done on time. Team arrived Sat morning (5 guys) and split in 3 working groups - inverter/ battery unit and cables and panels all set up by 14:30 and from there final setups and on line 17:00. Geezer did not function Sun morning but we had it on a time delay with some additional wiring. Mssgwd the office on Sunday and Easter Monday 09:00 team was back and resolved issue in an hour. Our team called themselves the Maak n plan span and they delivered in spite of some unique per household challenges. Happy customer and glad to see this kind of job creation in SA guys!
