My family and I have used MLT Power for since 2019 and they are the finest, best, most innovative Solar Power / Sustainable Energy / Off the Grid Engineers I know. They designed a system for me, that was scalable, they were knowledgeable and intelligent without ever being officious. The Educated and taught me the concepts, and brought me and my family to be off grid, independent and secure. On Average we are now 92 % OFF-Grid and Loving It ! Their installers and engineers are world class, the support even on weekends is superb, and the product is robust and honest. The information that I get from my system is great. We recently had our 13-year-old MLT solar inverter system replaced with one employing modern technology and are VERY happy with the new system! We are also very happy we went with MLT as I saw SO many aspects during the installation that other electrical people would have missed or glossed over and which make a huge difference to the finished product. The electrical sub-contractor and system installer, Sylvano Electrical, was also a breath of fresh air as they aim for "excellence first time" which is a value important to me as a "details- orientated" person. The total rewiring of the solar panel "strings" and the splitting of the Distribution Board into "Essential Load" and "Non-Essential Load" was also carefully considered, discussed and implemented. I consider the professionalism of their installation excellent! And Declan from MLT, who headed the handover team, also works to the same high standard and has shown this throughout the time I have known him. Yes, it costs a lot of money to install a fairly powerful, three-phase inverter system like we have, and we are still coming to grips with this next-level technology, but the bottom line is that we are very glad we bit the financial bullet and went for a new, synergistic system, especially from MLT, with whom we have a good working relationship. Exceptional service from start to finish. The MLT team provided us with the best advice tailored to our needs — clear, honest, and incredibly helpful. During installation, we encountered a minor issue where all power cut off completely, and they were back within minutes (at night!) to resolve it without fuss.
