Greensun helped us replace an existing solar powered system that was not suitable for our needs. The process from beginning to end was seamless with sales and the different crews finding out our requirements and listening to us (as opposed to telling us what they think we need), talking us through every step along the way and even checking up to see if we were happy with the service. The crews that came by were friendly and polite, worked efficiently and also kept the work areas clean and tidy which we really appreciated - especially with curious dogs and kids around. We are very happy to have done business with them (and I'm mad that we didn't use them when we first got a system). I'd highly recommend their services to anyone.

GreenSun were great installing our domestic solar system! It took a bit of time from deciding to commit to being scheduled but understandable as the market expanded dramatically this year. The team assisted us through the Municipal paperwork and when they came to install it was quick, efficient and neat. We started getting power from the very hour of the handover. It has been great avoiding loadshedding- definitely worth investigating in and going with professionals who offer before & after installation support. The system is so straightforward we haven't even needed support. Well done to the entire team

I sat with a complex problem: A system had been installed that would function in an urban environment, but could not cope with the rural environment with its power fluctuations, unusual demands, and loadshedding beyond level 3. Four experts had failed/run away when I came across GreenSun. Superbly competent and professional they got the upgrade done in record time (five different autonomous subunits covering 'everything' working as a team). The atmosphere allowed for discussion and amendments, unusual requests and provision for future expansion. I flew their banners with pride while they completed their task.

Professional effective well trained staff, from the salespeople to the installation engineers. Installation extremely well done and everything tidied up afterwards. Care taken with the COC and handover. Product well explained and rundown given in an understandable way, as well as all necessary documentation mailed to the client.
