From sales to installation you know you are in good hands. Special shout out to Brandon in sales going the extra mile with change requests last minute to quotes, and then to Pambou and his team with the installation. You guys rock!

I’m reading all the reviews and either they don’t post negative reviews or I’m the unluckiest client ever….. my experience has been nothing like all the other reviews. I order and pay the recommended deposit(no site visit from them), given a date for installation. Installation day, hear the panels I paid for are not in stock, given other panels (no one informed me about it until I questioned something) on the 3rd day of installation only to hear they installed the wrong inverter…but I had to pay the full amount because of the COC .. was given a substitute and had to wait another 2 weeks for the one I paid for. They quoted the wrong inverter as well so owed me a credit, I requested 2 more panels to be installed for the credit amount. 2 weeks later they install the correct inverter, but just send the panels with no brackets and then only to hear they cannot install the 2 panels…..(this could not have been explained 2 weeks ago)……… now the system is disconnecting and connecting to the grid multiple times day and night, still waiting for an explanation. AND still waiting on my COC! Warren and team did a good job, but either sales and after sale communication is lacking!

5 stars for the whole experience with Dorman Energy. The competitive quote from their sales team was only received after two site visits by Whian du Plessis to make sure Dorman Energies understood my requirements and that my expectations were adequately addressed by their quote. The installation, under Warren's management was done professionally with minimum fuss by his team... throughout the whole interaction with Dorman... quote, acceptance, installation, commissioning ... communication on progress was very good. I appreciated the follow up post commissioning to confirm all is working as intended. I will recommend Dorman Energies without hesitation for solar/inverter/battery installations.
