Battery Fix & Solar

Friendly staff, both Afrikaans and English speaking. They took batteries from us when we walked in so we didn't have to carry it. They quoted very competitive pricing on special batteries for my dad and once again carried the batteries to our car without us even asking. Their service was quick, friendly and highly professional. They specialize in batteries and from my short interaction with them, I can see they really know their stuff.

Went there to buy a battery which had a different price on the website from in-store but they didn't make a big deal about it and instead sold it to me with the price from the internet.. They also are very professional and you don't do any labor when you buy a battery from them..

Bought Osaka batteries from them that were faulty. After a long struggle they swop the one for another one when I took it back and had to carry the fuel cost. But just over two months later the battery is dead again. Just stay away don't be fooled with the cheaper price. They are selling either fake products or faulty products that might not came from the right channels.

Received superior support from Mitch and Battery fix . This is the kind of company I will suggest with piece of mind. I got some parts of my system from them but not all but they still managed to help me program my Luxpower inverter and Now My system is working 100%.The thing with this is I will recommend them to others and return in the future. As we are seeing, its easy for just anyone after a quick buck to sell load shedding solutions but the key is after care. For a lay person its a complex thing, all these volts, amps and watts not to mention a potentially dangerous one, playing with electricity. Mitch at battery fix has been very patient with my possibly stupid questions but I wanted to understand how things work. I got some parts of my system from them but not all but they still helped with complex inverter questions even though I didnt get my inverter from them. The thing with this is I will recommend them to others and return in the future. Good job Battery fix and good job Mitch!!!

Absolutely an insult to deal with this place. Sells rubbish recon batteries and when it packs up, replaces it with other rubbish. STAY AWAY. I'll rather lose the money than go back for more insulting service Now they ask if I purchased the correct battery? They took my old one. They should know. And I can pay the difference for a new one? Come deliver and I might consider. I can't drive 50km every time for this below standard service
